Continuing the backbending work started on Saturday, this class will cover deeper backbends that you might not know how to approach, or you’ve approached without much success. It’s all about planting the seeds to allow our practice flourish year after year. Our breath and sweat (aka, air and water), will be of essence as well as an opened mind, in order to fully trust and open to these asanas. Come ready to sweat and play. All levels. Ideally taken in a combo with the previous backbend class.
