It seems like it should be the simplest thing, right? Just sit. So why is it so challenging!?
As a long-time yoga teacher, I feel a little late to the party, but I recently discovered something: Meditation is amazing! I'm a little embarrassed to say that it took me over ten years of yoga, with more than eight years teaching, to finally, deeply, appreciate this: it's worth the effort. Now it's all I want to talk about.
